You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving an item. Contact us first with proof of purchase. Approved returns receive instructions and a prepaid return label; we pay the approved return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee.
Items should be unused and in their original condition unless they arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Gift cards and final-sale items are not returnable unless the law requires otherwise. Your rights for defective, damaged, or incorrect goods are not reduced.
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. A bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days to post the refund. You may request cancellation before shipment; after shipment, the return process applies.
